Plot:
 Belgrade, spring of 1930. Tirke, a boy form Čubura, forced to make choice between playing football and working for wage, chooses football. Those were the years when players still didn’t live on football but for it. At the same time an official invitation comes for Yugoslav National Selection to take part at the first World Cup that should be held, during the summer, in Uruguay. Selection of engineer Bosko Simonovic to be the coach is ridiculed by the public. Preparations and trainings, of the team that nobody believes in, start.
