Fourth round table will be organized with regard to monograph Lifka and Lifkas. About 15 film historian, from the regions where Aleksandar Lifka and his family performed, will be engaged in the round table. This is another attempt to re-value current views about the importance of Aleksandar Lifka and his family for the development of cinema in this part of Europe. However, the round table will also try to define significance that this cinema pioneer had in film art development in whole Europe and even the world. We are convinced that many new facts and proofs, that have been recently uncovered, lead to a conclusion that Lifka was one of the principal pioneers of cinema in Europe.
