27TH EUROPEAN FILM FESTIVAL PALIĆ IN NEW TERM FROM SEPTEMBER 12 TO 18

This year’s twenty-seventh edition of the Palić European Film Festival will be held in a new period from September 12 to 18, 2020, in accordance with the measures on the organization of cultural events, prescripted by the Serbian Government and the Crisis Staff for the Suppression of Infectious Diseases Covid-19. The festival program will be held in Palić and Subotica.

Let us remind you that, at the opening, the Aleksandar Lifka Award in the category of Serbian artists will be assigned to the legendary actress Mirjana Karanović, who during the previous four decades achieved anthological roles and won numerous awards for her work.

The Palić European Film Festival is organized by the Open University Subotica. At the 27th Festival edition, the international jury will award the Golden Tower for the best film and the Palić Tower for the best director. The critics’ jury will award the best film from Parallels and Encounters program, and the Gorki List Award will be based on the votes of the audience. Also, the FIPRESCI jury awards the best film.
