Nenad Dukić programmer

Nenad Dukić

Nenad Dukić is a film critic, film festival programmer and producer.

He is a vice-president of Federation of Film Critics of Europe and the Mediterranean (FEDEORA), the programmer of the European Film Festival in Palić and a member of the European Film Academy.

He produced REQUIEM FOR MRS. J. (2017, by Bojan Vuletić), which premiered at the Berlin Film Festival (Panorama Special), and in 2015 was the co-producer of ZVIZDAN by Dalibor Matanić (Cannes, Un Certain Regard, Jury Award). In 2019, he co-produced the Bulgarian-Serbian film PATROLS, which won two awards at the Sarajevo Film Festival.

Dukić is a film critic for Radio Belgrade and was a long-time correspondent of Hollywood Reporter, BBC World service and Berlin radio RBB. He has published numerous critiques and texts in Yugoslav, Serbian and foreign journals (Filmograph, Film Culture, Scena, Polja, Screen Intl).

He was the vice president of the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI) and the artistic director of the Belgrade FEST for two terms. He has lectured at foreign colleges (George Mason University, Washington DC, William Paterson University, New York).

Dukić graduated and obtained his master's degree at the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade.

He was born in Belgrade in 1947.
